Imagine being able to step out of that moment of reacting and blaming someone, shaming yourself, or coping with a destructive behavior…you recognize what that pain is: self-hatred, abandonment, rejection, comparison, etc and you’re able to give yourself the love and compassion you need to heal. My clients have learned how to step out of emotional reactions and coping mechanisms, recognize that they are reacting to pain and trauma, invite love and compassion into the versions of themselves that really need it and live a life fully present and connected to their hearts and to people. They are experiencing new job opportunities, healthy relationships, and are going after their dreams. The men out there that live life to the full with character and passion are looking for women that have courage in their process and go after their messes and pain proactively.
About Your Host
Sammi coaches single Christian women on how to get radically connected to their hearts and to God. Her signature coaching systems have been used for years to get clients aware of the beliefs and emotional roots that cause damaging behaviors and patterns.
Sammi came from a very broken family and experienced deep pain throughout her childhood. By 14 years old, she had developed coping mechanisms to protect herself and to manage her pain. Her unmet needs led her to self-hatred, male hatred, eating disorders, self-protection, isolation and alcohol abuse. Her reaction to that pain caused her to attract men that she never saw herself marrying. Sammi leaned into her pain, clung to God with her whole heart and spent years working through her own toxic cycles. She now lives a life connected to her heart and to God, has a thriving marriage and helps women tackle their own cycles everyday. She’s not perfect, but she has learned many tools and developed effective systems through her encounters with God, years of counseling and leadership training. Sammi has made it her sole purpose in life to help people attain emotional freedom.
