I started Alive & Free because I had a vision of seeing women living fully alive & connected to themselves, God, & the people they love the most. After 7 years of going after my own past pain, trauma, & unhealthy belief systems… I found a freedom that I couldn’t help but give away. It became who I am, it started bubbling and overflowing out of me. When I saw how starving the women around me were for emotional freedom I knew I had to do something to create a space for it on a larger scale. So here I am… married to the most incredible man who went on the same journey before he ever knew me, and we’re in this together, just overflowing as much as we can to see real freedom and transformation happen. No more bandaids, quick fixes, “renting a friend” to only talk about problems with no healing or solutions… We’re doing things differently & want women that want something different for the long haul- freedom.
